Monthly Update for May 2026 for Hartford & Greenbank

Anti-Social Behaviour

Report of an offroad bike being ridden around the Greenbank estate on and off the pavements. Patrols attended and there was no trace of the bike.

Report of youths setting fire to the play equipment on Saxon’s Lane play area.

Report of a vehicle speeding and back firing along Booth Road. Vehicle details have been provided and enquiring are being made.

Burglary

Report of a Burglary at Brio Office on Moss Farm. Unknown persons have smashed the windows and gained entry the building and ransacked the office.

Theft

No reports received.

Road Safety

One Speed Enforcement session conducted on Chester Road, 6 offences captured and reported.

One Speed Enforcement session conducted on School Lane, 2 offences captured and reported.

Vehicle stop on Chester Road driver provided a negative drugs wipe although was found in possession of cannabis. This was dealt with by a Community Resolution at the roadside.

Report of a drug driver on Woods Road. The vehicle was stopped and the driver provided a positive drugs wipe and was arrested. Investigation is continuing.

Parking/highway Obstructions

No reports received.

Saturday 27th June, outside Morrison’s Daily, Whitlow Lane, Moulton between 9am – 10am.

Thursday 2nd July, outside Greenbank Shops, Greenbank between 5pm – 6pm.

Wednesday 8th July, outside Morrison’s Daily, Clifton Drive, Leftwich between 11am – 12pm.

Tuesday 14th July, Spar, London Road, Davenham between 5pm – 6pm.

Friday 24th July, at Hartford Village Hall, Chester Road between 3pm – 4pm.

Everyone is welcome to come along to say hello and discuss any local issues or concerns.
